1. What motivates you?
To be the best trainer ? To train clients/ transform their lives? Here is my answer without clarification I am motivated to be the best trainer and lifestyle transformation coach because I am passionate about helping others to live a happier and healthier lifestyle. This why I chose to go back t grad school to get my PhD as a Somatic Depth Psychologist and well as a Fitness Expert/ Healthy Lifestyle Transformation Coach

2. Describe a difficult work situation you were in and how you overcame it?
I have been in many difficult situations in my life in all areas of life, business, financial, personal etc..  I overcame the adversity or challange the same way each time.

Keep things in perspective- don’t make a mountain out of a molehill

Remember that this too shall pass. Life is always a series of ups and downs

Take things 1 step at a time

Persistence, tenacity, discipline, accountability courage, and faith in my higher self, or God.  I am a fighter, every challenge has made me stronger, wiser and better able to deal wit though situations.

Strong work ethic

Lastly, failure is NEVER an option for me… period!

3. What are your goals for the future?
I have my MA, attain my PhD

Publishing books which opens up the speaking platform

Open my own Health and Wellness Institute

Build out a new arm or facet of my company, which centers around transformational retreats

Development and branding of new products

4. What’s your favorite snack?
My favorite snack is whole grain seed crackers with peanut butter and a Mozzarella cheese
