Lena D’Amour is an entrepreneur, actress, the owner/founder of Lena D’Amour Image Design, and the creator of “The Money-shot Intensive” workshops.
As an Image Designer Lena’s mission is to help people connect to what Lena calls your “Core Essence” which is your souls expression, and express that through your image. Lena affirms that having a positive impact with your image is one of the most essential keys to creating sustainable success. When you feel good about yourself, you also want to make sure that what you look like, matches what you feel like inside, and BOOM, you attract the opportunities you desire and deserve!!
Lena was born and raised in Long Island, NY. She went to school at Fairleigh Dickinson University and F.I.T. Fashion Institute of Technology and studied International Business Marketing and PR, but Lena’s real training was on the court. After having survived and healed from pancreatic cancer, in 2000 she had an amazing opportunity to intern at Wilhelmina Models in the Music Marketing Dept. Where she worked with Brandy, Destiny’s Child, Tori Amos, and Darius Rucker. Lena quickly worked her way into a position that was created for her at Wilhelmina as a liaison to find artists at record labels, and help them reinvent their image to appeal to a larger audience and advertising agencies.
Lena’s passion for being in front of the camera became overwhelming, and immediately after her job at Wilhelmina ended unexpectedly, she began booking work in print, commercials, and film. Soon after she moved to Los Angeles and this is where her journey began in deepening her relationship to herself in personal development courses and creating an amazing glam squad. These two elements together opened a lot of doors for Lena. Including the vision of coaching other people in being their best, feeling their best, and looking their best at Lena D’Amour Image Design.

Trying new things, seeing myself and other around me win, beauty, working on creative projects, dancing
2. Describe a difficult work situation you were in and how you overcame it?
I was working with a client who was not progressing with our program. I couldn’t figure it out. He started off so excited but when we began working together he began missing our calls and not doing the work that was given to forward his life. I then reviewed his program and then had a conversation with him to look and see what was missing. It turns out he was holding on to resentment from losing his mother so abruptly and he was angry that she left and was holding himself back in life, and at times trashing his life, and blaming her. I was able to give him a few exercises to do at home. At first he was procrastinating on doing the exercises. I told him I was committed to seeing him through this and after a very straight forward, direct, and tough love conversation, he completed the exercises I gave him and his life began to take off from there. It was an amazing and gratifying experience because when I met him, he wasn’t dating and had no intentions of dating. Through the program I designed for him and my coaching, he began dating again, he got an amazing opportunity to produce and star in a TV show, and his world got brighter. I overcame the challenge by being committed, loving, and fierce!
