My health and wellness journey began at 12 years old when I took an interest in nutrition and physical fitness. At age 19 I became a certified yoga instructor while working towards my B.A. in English at St. Mary’s College. After working with individuals with various psychological issues, I became increasing interested in how food affects one’s psychology and biochemistry. This inspired me to earn an M.S. in Psychology with an Emphasis in Nutrition from Dominican University. During this time I also became a member of the Psi Chi Honors Society, which is an international organization that recognizes academic excellence in the field of psychology. After completing grad school, I began studying functional medicine in order to help my clients identify the root causes of their health issues and completely cure them.
Today, my Integrative Health Consultation practice combines my background in psychology, nutrition, functional medicine and fitness to provide my clients with highly customized and comprehensive services to restore and maintain optimal health.
My purpose in life is to help people heal physically, mentally and emotionally so that they can become the healthiest and most fulfilled version of themselves they wish to be. The services I offer are tailored specifically to each individual’s health concerns, goals, genetic potential, mental and emotional well-being, metabolic type and lifestyle in order to effectively assist them in achieving and sustaining their health and wellness goals.
My ultimate goal is to raise the consciousness of every person I meet and impact so that they are living in their full potential and full being.

What motivates me is truly knowing that my life purpose is to inspire and assist people in fully realizing and achieving their potential. I love showing people who they truly are by helping the dissolve their limiting beliefs and sabotaging behavior patterns so that they may fully awaken into the highest and best version of themselves and live their dream life.
