What motivates you?

I am addicted to making people laugh, creating beauty & showing people that there are many ways to live fulfilling lives.

Describe a difficult situation you were in and how you overcame it?

Between late 2010 through August 2013, I experienced debilitating back pain, fatigue, insomnia, depression, foggy thinking & quick weight gain. A lack of respect for strategic workout recovery & rest, being a “Yes Woman”, and following popular but harmful diet & fitness protocols lead to muscle imbalances, imbalanced hormones, including sky-high cortisol, severely low estrogen, hypothyroid & adrenal fatigue. I had to put nearly all my plans for life on hold, as the fatigue & back pain made simple tasks a challenge. Many days, I wasn’t sure if I’d ever walk pain-free again. Just going grocery shopping & walking from room to room was a challenge. During this time, I became a more vigilant student and my own test subject. I visited several doctors, who failed me. This was frustrating, but it forced me to learn an incredible amount of information about mood, immunity, energy, aesthetics, back pain, rehab, hormones, sleep protocol, spirituality, cravings, addiction, relationships, energy healing…I took countless classes in these topics, learned under experienced teachers, and made myself my own test subject. Time & testing taught me what works. Then, I put my protocol into practice, while passing it on to my clients. Life is constantly shifting, like the wind. I’ve learned to embrace the whole of reality, yin & yang. Ignorance can be Painful, and Knowledge can Empower. Every time I heal health issues, my own or clients’, it reminds me that we are malleable beings that can be sculpted & altered by strategic moves. We are the masters of our health.

What are your goals for the future?

A main life purpose of mine is to help people who are stuck. My plan is to help at least 10,000 people to live healthier, more enjoyable, and more passionate lives, before I die. I am sharing the tools I used to heal my own pains and bring beauty to my own life.

What’s your favorite snack?

I could live off of broccoli, stringbeans & spaghetti squash smothered in Thai Green Curry Sauce. Pho soup always leaves me feeling satisfied & peacful
