Spicy Green Salad

Total Prep Time: 15 minutes

Makes 1 big salad!

Ingredients:

  • 1 head of kale
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 jalapenos (chopped very finely)
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 container of alfalfa sprouts
  • 2 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon pHres salt™ (or more if desired)

Action:

  1. Chop all vegetables and add to a large bowl.
  2. Massage in avocado.
  3. Add olive oil, garlic powder, curry powder, squeezed lemon juice, and salt.
  4. Mix thoroughly, serve and enjoy!
