Spicy Green Salad
Total Prep Time: 15 minutes
Makes 1 big salad!
- 1 head of kale
- 1 cucumber
- 2 jalapenos (chopped very finely)
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1 avocado
- 1 container of alfalfa sprouts
- 2 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon pHres salt™ (or more if desired)
- Chop all vegetables and add to a large bowl.
- Massage in avocado.
- Add olive oil, garlic powder, curry powder, squeezed lemon juice, and salt.
- Mix thoroughly, serve and enjoy!
