Vegan Meatballs

Total making time: 10 minutes

Serves: Makes 2 1/2 cups - 10-20 balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup sundried tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon sage
  • 1 teaspoon of fennel seed
  • ½ teaspoon of thyme
  • ½ teaspoon of rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon of marjoram
  • Pinch black pepper
  • Pinch cayenne pepper
  • Pinch of pHresh salt™

Action: 1. Put all ingredients in food processor like the VITAMIX and blend until well combined. The consistency should be thick. 2. Roll into balls! 3. Eat! Tips:
