Antioxidant Smoothie

Total making time: 10 minutes

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 3 oranges
  • 1 grapefruit
  • 3/4 cup of blueberries
  • 3/4 cup strawberries
  • 3/4 cup raspberries
  • 2 tsp of pHresh greens®
  • 1/2 cup ice

Action: 1. Peel and then juice the oranges and grapefruit. You can do it by hand or the juice machine. It should make 2 cups of juice. 1. In a powerful blender, like the VITAMIX, mix all ingredients until smooth!

Tip: 1. Add more ice for a thicker cooler smoothie! 2. You can freeze the berries, which would make for a cooler smoothie!
