We were inspired to create this section by our fans and consumers asking us “What can you mix pHresh greens® with?” The simple answer was just mixing it with water, juice or your favorite smoothie! But, what is your favorite smoothie?
We have compiled a list of not only delicious smoothies but also nutritionally dense, bio-available, cleansing smoothies that you, your friends and family can consume that can completely change your overall well being!
Our focus is to cover your entire nutritional needs of vegetables and fruits! Since each smoothie has pHresh greens you already know you are getting your recommended daily servings of raw green vegetables! We have provided a wide variety of smoothie recipes to satisfy all desires.
All Naturopathic Doctors will agree that foods in many ways are the medicine that can heal the body! You might have heard this quote before “You are what you eat” and “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food” –Hippocrates. pHresh greens® is made with True Intention (ingredients that are 100% pure and have not been altered or Genetically Modified. Has not been treated with any herbicides, pesticides, or synthetic chemicals or contain preservatives, artificial colors or flavors. All ingredients must be Raw and Non Irradiated and all packaging must be BPA free), which are effective and extremely bio-available (able to absorb more nutrients).
Unfortunately most people do not get there daily recommended amount of fresh vegetables and fruits in their diets every day, if they do a majority is coming from refined and processed sources. Various agencies and health practitioners around the world recommend that people do have a high amount of vegetables and fruits a day. The United States Department of Agriculture recommends that Americans get 3 – 5 servings of vegetables and 3 – 5 servings of fruit per day! Unfortunately less than 8% of Americans is meeting this goal! Which means over 276 Million Americans are not eating enough vegetables and fruits.
What are pHresh green® smoothies?
It’s funny when driving GREEN means GO! And RED means STOP! But, when we are told to eat or drink green things we think the opposite. And when we see red things such as meats, it’s a go? Essentially green smoothies are comprised of spinach, kale, collards and many other types of greens that people rarely get in their diets. Well not anymore, all you need is just 1tsp of pHresh greens in your favorite drink! Now, you and your family can enjoy the many health benefits of having your greens! Just like mama said!

Use organic produce whenever possible, Studies everyday are showing just how toxic and carcinogenic the pesticides, herbicides, genetically modified organisms and additives used in our foods are. Produce (vegetables and fruits) being the most adversely affected! Also please use filtered water whenever possible and non-dairy products! Additionally for the best possible smoothie for your body we recommend using only the freshest whole food ingredients.
Our smoothie recipes are made for 2 servings. If you only need 1 serving please reduce all ingredients by half.
